SOA REPRESENTATIVE RIGHTS

Right to access premises to consult with off-duty employees on employer premises.

Telephone line at each facility and/or work site for union use.

Placement on first shift and a piece of the weekend RDO's, upon request.

No involuntary transfer.

Use of available space and equipment for the storage of papers and files of the union.
SOA UNION RIGHTS

SOA is the exclusive representative for Lieutenants.

At least 30" X 30" bulletin board at each facility and/or work site.

Designated area to distribute union literature on employer premises.

State pays to print the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
-
No lock-out of employees.

Agency shop fee collected by the employer.

Notice of all disciplinary actions taken against members.

Notice of all grievances filed by members.
